Choose your version
- M.2 NVMe (10Gbps) - for M.2 NVMe (PCIe) SSDs. JMS583 controller, USB 3.2 Gen 2 speeds up to 10Gbps.
- M.2 SATA (10Gbps) - for M.2 SATA SSDs. JMS580B controller. SATA drives are limited to around 550 MB/s by the SATA standard.
Not sure which you have? NVMe drives usually have one notch (M key) on the connector; SATA drives usually have two (B+M key). Check your drive's label or model number before ordering.
