Shipping policy

Cyberneum ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and the United Arab Emirates.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Orders ship from our partner warehouses, and some items may ship from overseas. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Shipping cost: Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple items: If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Customs and import duties: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email hashimvj@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate and send a replacement or refund.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
